Questions & answers

Is this a real t-shirt?

Yes — a real shirt worn in the real world, shown here as an interactive 3D mockup so you can see exactly where your brand sits.

How does payment work?

One-time payment, in full, at the moment you bid — no deposit, no subscription. Payments are handled by our payment provider; card details never touch this site.

What if someone outbids me?

You don't lose your money. What you paid stays as credit on that same spot, so if you want it back you only pay the difference to beat the new top bid.

Can I get a refund?

No cash refunds — all payments are final. The only 'money back' is the credit that carries forward on the spot you bid on.

Is the free spot really free?

Yes. The free spot is won by finishing top of the monthly leaderboard game. It resets every month.

Can any brand join?

Spots are sold as B2B advertising space. We review content and can remove or refuse any logo or link at our discretion — e.g. anything unlawful.
