Refund Policy

All payments are final. There are no cash refunds.

What happens to your money

When you bid on a spot you pay in full, once. If someone later outbids you, your money is not lost and is not refunded as cash — instead it is retained as credit on that same spot. If you want the spot back, you only pay the difference needed to beat the new top amount.

Why no cash refunds

Spots are B2B advertising placements that go live immediately, and the credit mechanism above means your payment always retains value toward the spot you chose. Because placements are sold to businesses as advertising space, consumer distance-selling refund rules do not apply.

Exceptions we may make

If we remove a brand's spot because its content turns out to be unlawful or misrepresented, we may refund the remaining time on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
